Refund and Return Policy of Onibai.com

Onibai.com strives to provide the best possible customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can withdraw from it under the following conditions:

Timeframe:
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product/s, without giving any reason.

Process:
All you have to do is send us an email at info@onibai.com, informing us that you wish to return the item/s. We will provide you with all the instructions. The item/s must be sent back to us within 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision.

Return shipping costs:
The customer shall pay for the return costs. Shipping the item/s back to us is entirely at the customer's expense and these costs are not refunded.

Refund amount:
We will refund all payments received from you for the returned product/s, including the original delivery costs (except any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard shipping). The refund will be made within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item/s back or you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Condition of items:
Item/s must be returned complete, in their original packaging and with all original tags attached. Missing or damaged original packaging or tags are considered a diminished value of the item/s. You are liable for any diminished value of the item/s resulting from missing packaging or tags, or from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; in that case the refund will be reduced accordingly.

Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (such as grooming or underwear products) once unsealed after delivery, nor to food or other perishable goods.

Wrong or Defective products:
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If we sent you a wrong item, or if the item is defective, let us know by sending us an email at info@onibai.com, and we will cover all shipping costs. You will then have the possibility of receiving a full refund, or having the correct or non-defective item shipped again to you.
