Refund and Return Policy of Onibai.com

Onibai.com strives to provide the best possible customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility:
Items must be in original new condition and packaging, with all the product tags attached, and they must have not been used.

Exclusions:
Certain items, such as grooming, food, or underwear products, cannot be returned and/or refunded due to hygiene issues.

Timeframe:
The intention to return a product/s must be notified to us within 14 Days from receiving the product/s.

Refund amount:
Within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned product/s, and finding it eligible, we will refund the full amount spent for that product/s, excluding the shipping fees sustained for the original order.

Process:
All you have to do is send us an email at info@onibai.com, informing us that you wish to return the item/s.  We will provide you with all the instructions.

Fees:
The customer shall pay for the return costs.

Wrong or Defective products:
If we sent you a wrong item, or if the item is defective (elegibilty will apply), let us know by sending us an email at info@onibai.com, and we will cover all shipping costs. You will then have the possibilty of receiving a full refund, or having the correct or non-defective item shipped again to you.
